De Iuliis Merlot 2017
A true varietal Hunter Valley Merlot with fruit from the De Iuiis family vineyard on Lovedale Road. Deep black plum in colour. The aromas are of black cherries and sweet-spiced fruits. The palate displays rich fruit flavours of ripe cherries and toasted coconut. The wine is medium to full bodied with well-balanced acids and firm tannin. The palate has good length with a lingering aftertaste of sweet fruit.
