This 2021 Inigo Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris shows aromas of nashi pear, peach and jasmine. The palate is clean, fine and well-balanced, allowing the delicate fruit sweetness to shine.
For the 2021 vintage, Sevenhill chose to collaborate with a reputable grower of Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris to supply us with this year’s wine. The wine was made off site in the Adelaide Hills, which allowed for better management of harvesting times and transport.
The fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed.
